With a broad range of knowledge garnered from years of high volume unit and multi-unit experience, Jennifer founded Tierney Restaurant Services in 1997 as an operations consultant to restaurants. In that first year of business, Jennifer realized that the biggest issue her clients faced on a daily basis was the tough task of finding high quality managers for their restaurants.

Knowing a great opportunity when she sees one, Jennifer quickly added restaurant management recruiting to her list of services and it soon became TRS's most requested.

With her reputation for finding highly qualified restaurant managers solidified, Jennifer branched out once again in 2000 and added Executive Search and Placement to her company's offering.

Jennifer takes great pride in building strong, long term relationships and has established her company as a key player in the recruitment and placement of both managers and executives in the restaurant industry.

Sara Covatta has been recruiting candidates within the hospitality industry since 1998. Along with her recruiting skill, she also brings a wealth of food service operations experience to the table.

Most recently, Sara worked with Potbelly Sandwich Works in the Chicago area where she was instrumental in maintaining management staffing as they quickly grew from 18 units to over 100 restaurant locations. This operational and recruiting background enables her to seek out and recognize some of the best managers and management talent in the restaurant and hospitality industries.
