ASSISTANT MANAGERS
Description:
Upscale, high volume restaurant group looking for Assistant Managers with 2-3 years current upscale restaurant management experience required, along with a stable history and positive career progression.
Full service, upscale restaurant management background with experience in restaurant operations, full financial and people management skills. Two plus years experience in supervisory role responsible for staffing, recruiting, employee training, development, shift management, and financial cost controls management experience in full service restaurant environment.
Very ambitious and results oriented with clear communication skills and proven time management techniques a plus.
Must have General Manager experience or be General Manager ready.
